Our story
Since graduating in Law from Unoeste in 1997, Dr. Rafael has pursued fast, precise access to the main court decisions in order to build solid defense arguments. In 1998 he joined the advisory team of Judge Idevan Batista Lopes at the former Court of Appeals of Paraná. Having passed the Bar Exam in January 1999, he joined the technical team of the Paraná Civil Police Command.
In private practice since 2000, he founded the firm in 2015, incorporated in 2016 as Costa Monteiro Sole Practitioner Law Firm. The work is advisory, preventive and contentious, with humane, agile and strictly confidential service throughout Brazil.
